It is recommended to use it with a fastener e.g. nappy nippa/snappi, but you can also tuck it successfully under a water resistant wrap.

Hemp is well-known to have those properties. These inserts have 3 layers inside composed of 55% hemp, 45% cotton. This is a great combo because cotton absorbs quickly and hemp can hold larger quantities of liquid.

A brand new nappy should be washed before first use.

Do not iron, do not bleach, do not tumble dry, do not add fabric softeners to your wash.
