4 layers in total, 2 bamboo (80% bamboo) and 2 hemp (55% hemp, 45% cotton). A must have accessory for anyone using reusable pocket nappies to increase absorbency. They are made for those heavy wetters or for when baby travelling for an extended time. Made from Hemp & Bamboo mix. A lot higher natural fibre content then most inserts on the market. Size are approximately 13.5 x 35cm

How to wash it:
should be washed before first use.
It is recommended to wash the nappy in max 40 C.
Do not iron, do not bleach, do not tumble dry, do not add fabric softeners to your wash.
